The room was amazing! It was spacious with a beautiful view of the city. I loved the modern Asian and European fusion in the design. The bed was super comfy and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. The minibar was fully stocked and the kettle in the room was convenient. it felt like a luxurious and relaxing space.

The only thing I didn't love was that the room wasn't completely soundproofed. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

Proximity to han market, it was only 1 mile away. The hotel was situated next to the 12 and 1 bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance.

Who needs sleep when you can enjoy the lovely sound of water leaking in the bathroom all night long? So relaxing.

The staff were incredibly helpful and arranged some great tours for us. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs as it was set in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions. Additionally, the nearby amenities were enough for our basic needs.

The size of the rooms was smaller than expected. Furthermore, the breakfast selection was limited, and some items were not restocked in a timely manner. It would be great if breakfast could be served for a longer time frame, as we felt rushed to get up early in the morning to make the most of it.

The hotel's location near the airport was convenient for my early flight. The quiet surroundings near the river made for a peaceful stay. However, it was away from decent restaurants.

The state of the rooms was not satisfactory, with dirty sheets and broken equipment.

The breakfast at the rooftop was quite good, and the shower in the bathroom was nice. the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was located in a difficult area to navigate, and there weren't many nearby amenities or restaurants. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired;

We had a wonderful stay at Gold Hotel by Haviland. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. The location was convenient, with a 15-minute walk to Sinh Tourist and close proximity to Dragon Bridge, markets, and museums. The hotel also had a computer in the reception area that displayed Chinese, which was a great help.
